Every beat of the heart means, life. It is one of the major organs of the human body that keeps us up, alive and kicking. And also vastly responsible for that strange, erratic, insane feeling called LOVE.
The word love can be defined and shown in so many ways spoken and done. Wikipedia says it involves a biological theory from how our hormonal levels elevate by just how our system responds with how we feel. But mind you, it may even be explained without the need of any factual references used, just by relying in our emotions.
Imagine a 7-year old kid feeling loved whenever her pet dog licks her face and giggles. May it be a 5th-grader as she blushes and suppresses a scream in her mind whenever she sees her crush pass by, or a high-schooler boy walking her girl home, making sure she gets safely and bids "see you again, tomorrow."And every time our mum patiently waits, 'till our pops arrive home and give him a big, warm hug, tells him she'd prepared his favorite meal and, even with the way our grandmother lays her head on grandpa's shoulder, implies simple gestures, but makes the heart pound even more with happiness.
Love speaks no age. It is felt everywhere around us, not only from romantic ones, but with every life forms. Allow it to radiate within us, and exude with gratefulness. It can be told in so many ways, you just gotta listen.
